Shipping Information
UK and Worldwide orders dispatched from UK. Should an item not be in stock we shall notify you by email. Once an order has been processed, an automatic email is sent to you stating ‘Your Sew it All order is now complete’ – this means that the order has also been posted to you on that date.
The majority of orders are dispatched within 3 working days but please allow longer if you have ordered fabric with silver sparkles.
UK 2-5 working days.
It may take longer if we are attending exhibitions. Please note that money is taken directly by Paypal when you place your order and we have no control over that date.
Australia 3-21 working days.
Europe 3-21 working days.
Please note that since Brexit customers receiving orders from the UK will need to pay customs or VAT charges in their country.
Worldwide 3-21 working days.
Small Parcels and Packets will be sent via Royal Mail, via first or second class service.
Larger orders will be sent via courier such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX etc.
