Waste canvas is perfect for stitching a counted cross stitch design onto a non-counted fabric. It is available in several counts. Plastic canvas adds a new dimension to stitching. Made from rigid plastic, whilst maintaining the feel and look of a canvas it allows for counted cross stitched patterns to take shapes such as tissue boxes, miniature models and anything else in 3D! Available in 7, 10 and 14 count by the sheet and in a few round shapes.

Waste Canvas

Waste canvas is perfect for stitching a counted cross stitch design onto a non-counted fabric. Simply tack a piece of waste canvas onto your fabric e.g. a garment or other plain fabric and it acts as a guide for your counted stitching. When your stitching is finished, pull the waste canvas threads out and your stitching lies on the fabric below
